Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in test automation using Python, Java, or Javascript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs for test case generation or working with autonomous AI agents that utilize self-healing locators.
• Proven expertise in functional testing, non-functional testing, and API testing.
• Experience leading a team of testers and agile mastery.
• Ability to look at a test failure and distinguish between a "flaky" environment, an AI hallucination, and a genuine product defect.
