Job Description
Operations Associate/Manager - Digital Asset Exchange. Oversee technology platforms and operational workflows for our digital asset exchange, including tokenization, custody and related services. Manage client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, token issuance, listing evaluations, cap table management, and client support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields.
- 2-8 years of experience in financial institutions, banking, brokerage, or crypto exchanges.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, and capital markets is definitive advantage.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Flexible, hands-on, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
