Agency Partner Manager

FURTHER is seeking an Agency Partner Manager to lead the growth of its agency partner program. The role involves guiding agencies through the partner journey, building relationships, and driving sourced revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnerships, a start-up mentality, and a background in sales or customer success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in partnerships (agency, channel, or strategic alliances)
• A start-up mentality: thrives in ambiguity, scrappy in driving results, and comfortable defining your own path
• Background in sales or customer success, with proven ability to build trust and influence outcomes
• Evidence of successfully moving partnerships or client relationships from 0→1 activation
• Outgoing, personable, and a natural communicator who enjoys presenting and connecting with people
• High energy, collaborative, and motivated by working with a team that values kindness, relationships, and impact
