The Enterprise Systems Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise systems across the university, working closely with IT staff, academic departments, and administrative offices to ensure that university-wide systems function effectively, reliably, and meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Basic understanding of enterprise systems and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
