Fullscript is a health technology company on a mission to help people get better. The Demand Planning Analyst role plays a critical role in executing Fullscript’s demand planning process, supporting the development and maintenance of accurate SKU-level forecasts that drive business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant quantitative field
- 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis (retail, CPG, or distribution preferred, with S&OP experience preferred)
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and the ability to use complex statistical models
- Strong execution skills, ability to work both strategically and tactically
- Proven experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, and data / forecasting KPI analysis
- Experience with replenishment/demand planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Blue Ridge)
- Ability to identify and escalate structural issues in forecasting processes, propose data-driven solutions, and support implementation efforts across the business
