Job Description
We are seeking expressions of interest for internal applicants to progress to the role of Skipper. As a Skipper, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and memorable experiences for passengers, and leading a crew to a high standard. You will also provide excellent customer service, perform day-to-day upkeep on the vessel, and uphold clear communication with other departments.
Requirements
- Current New Zealand SRL with endorsements for vessels over 24 meters, vessels <500GT
- HSE advantageous
- Bar Manager certification required
- Proven track record and ability to lead and support crew
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
