The role involves hiring, mentoring, and performance management of the team, as well as technical direction, roadmap planning, and partnership with external companies. Requirements

• 7+ years building software
• 2+ years managing engineers
• Experience with integration platforms or API-heavy systems
• Technical depth in distributed systems, async processing
