We're looking for a Junior AI Researcher to build real AI features used by startup founders every day. You'll help make our AI Copilot smarter, more accurate, and more helpful.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of AI/ML experience
- Solid Python skills
- Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG systems
- Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals and LLM limitations
- Ability to evaluate AI quality using structured datasets, metrics, and experiments
- Knowledge of basic ML and NLP concepts
