Assistan(e) Commercial(e) Service Clients

We are seeking an Assistant/ess Commercial/elle Service Clients to join our customer service team, providing daily support for the sales development of the Division, focused on customer satisfaction and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Manage the cycle of offer / order: entry, delivery, invoicing, payment
• Manage consignment stock of large clients
• Manage client debt notices
• Intervene with central services
• Research an amicable solution to any customer dispute or claim
• Daily update of customer databases
