Secretary (m/w/d) with a focus on invoicing

Your tasks

• Invoicing
• Controlling and creation of reportings
• Correspondence based on dictation
• Support for management in all administrative and organizational matters
• Classical assistant tasks, such as coordination of preparation and follow-up of appointments and meetings, minutes, documentation and reporting
• Time management including travel planning and expense accounting
• Handling internal and external communication and correspondence
• Contract management and contract agreement

Your profile

You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification

You have professional experience in a similar position

You possess excellent communication skills and language proficiency in German and English, and optionally additional language skills

Through your independent and structured working style as well as a confident appearance, you can convince

Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs

Knowledge of DATEV would be desirable
