We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in enhancing the success of Frontiers' journals and our brand's digital presence in the Chinese market. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the Chinese academic landscape, aligning with Frontiers' global objectives and open-access mission.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in digital marketing or full-cycle product/journal marketing, especially in lead generation and content creation, with a proven track record of success in the Chinese market.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Deep understanding of the China digital ecosystem, including hands-on experience managing campaigns and content with major social media platforms like WeChat, Baidu, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable marketing strategies and performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
