Join Frontiers as a Publishing Development Specialist to help redefine how scientific knowledge is shared worldwide. As a key member of our Publishing Development team, you'll connect with researchers, build communities, and help journals thrive. This is a full-time on-site position in Warsaw, Poland.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, outreach, or business development with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities
• Strong communicator: personable, persuasive, and relationship-focused
• Entrepreneurial: you spot opportunities and act on them
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn about AI tools
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Passionate about Open Science and making a real impact
