Job Description
We're hiring a Mechanic Foreman to lead shop mechanics while performing hands-on repairs on construction equipment, heavy trucks, and trailers.
Requirements
- Diagnose and repair equipment, including tractor-trailers, lowboys, and dump trucks
- Assign daily work, manage schedules, and ensure mechanics have tools and training
- Monitor performance and support mechanics with troubleshooting
- Review workload projections and maintain productivity
- Complete accurate reports and detailed work orders in HCSS
- Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized shop
- Enforce company policies and safety practices
