Requirements

• State-certified educator or comparable qualification with recognition by the Berlin Senate
• Passion for the profession of educator and our educational mission
• Practical experience in childcare
• Warm-heartedness, motivation, inventiveness, value consciousness
• Team spirit and communication skills
• Interest in setting up and optimizing new structures
• Pleasure in acting independently and on one's own responsibility
