Job Description
Internship in Finance Law at Freshfields LLP in Paris, assisting the legal team with drafting memoranda, pleadings, and legal research. Dynamic team, stimulating environment, and opportunity to develop expertise.
Requirements
- Passed the CRFPA (entrance to bar school) exam
- Excellent academic background in business law
- Diploma from an Institute of Political Studies/Business School and/or an LLM
- Very good level of English
- Analytical mind and ability to synthesise information
- Rigour and organisational skills
- Active listening and the ability to clarify and share information
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
- Ability to work in a team in a spirit of mutual assistance
