Job Description
We are looking for a Shipping & Customs Lead who can oversee daily shipping operations, build reliable systems for International and domestic shipping, including customs clearance management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in shipping operations with strong hands-on exposure to international logistics and customs clearance processes.
- Expertise in international duty structures, HS codes, and customs clearance.
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team of direct reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and email).
- Comfortable working with carriers, brokers, and logistics vendors.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
