Job Description
We are looking for a QA Engineer who thinks about quality holistically and long-term, with a boundless curiosity and a genuine problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate is a technical person who is also grounded, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to lead through influence.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional QA engineering experience
- Strong programming ability in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Deep hands-on expertise in UI and API automation
- Proven experience designing or evolving automation frameworks
- Strong exploratory testing skills
- Ability to diagnose flaky tests and propose technical solutions
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools
- Excellent cross-functional communication
