Sales Representative (Sales, Customer Service)

Confie, one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the US, is seeking a Sales Representative to sell nonstandard auto insurance and other products. The ideal candidate has a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license, bilingual skills, and experience in sales or customer service.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
