Licensed Call Center Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service)

We are looking for a Licensed Call Center Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, and offer additional products such as homeowners and health insurance. The ideal candidate will have a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license, bilingual skills, and experience in sales or customer service.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
