Mill Repair Employee

Climax Molybdenum is seeking a Mill Repair Employee to perform maintenance, installation, and repair of mining equipment and processes in the Henderson mine and mill. The role involves working in underground facilities with multiple stages, including underground, dry mines, and conveyor systems. Employees must have an understanding of mechanical and lubrication systems.

Requirements

• Safe performance of maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment and processes in the Milling plant.
• Assist with and perform component replacement and repairs on conveyor systems, ball mills, auto mills, screen decks, and other systems.
• Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance (identify potential failures/noises/wear on agitators, rotors, belts, pulleys, gear boxes).
• May perform welding (Stick, TIG).
• Perform other duties as required.
