Leasing Professional

Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents by performing duties such as communicating with residents, developing resident relations, and completing lease forms.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public
