Job Description
The Affordable Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an individual community or group of communities. They will build a strong team, manage residential real estate properties, and oversee various aspects of the community, including budgeting, safety, marketing, and human resources.
Requirements
- Inspect each building at least once a week
- Conduct monthly Safety Meetings with staff members
- Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on housing violations and resident arrangements
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
