Deliver a positive patient experience by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, updating patient registrations, and providing general information with respectful communication.
Requirements
- Greet all customers, patients, vendors, and other visitors to the facility.
- Answer patient questions and aid and directions when necessary.
- Register patients and ensure documentation and forms are compliant with state and federal regulatory activities.
- Collect payments and print receipts for patients.
- Count and balance cash drawer.
- Utilize medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for patients.
- Verify eligibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
