Job Description
Freedom Leisure is offering a Casual position as a Swim Teacher, delivering swimming lessons to children and adults. The role involves swimming lessons, lifeguard duties, and administrative tasks in a friendly and supportive environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply early if the position is suitable and they are interested.
Requirements
- To teach swimming to children and/or adults according to qualification and experience
- To communicate with children’s parents/guardians
- To assist in supervising customers in the pool and surrounds
- To assist with administration tasks in the office
- NPLQ qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with children and their parents
- Level 2 swimming teaching qualification
- DBS check
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Team oriented
- Flexible
- Understanding instructions from managers
