Requirements

• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent communicator
• Successful track record in managing health-related projects within community settings
• Experience in sports development, physical activity, and/or health referral
• Ability to manage resources to deliver quality-assured programmes
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners from public, private, community, and voluntary sectors
• Demonstrable experience of securing external funding
• Mobility to travel across the New Forest district and to various locations across the country
