Job Description
Freedom Forever is seeking a skilled and motivated Crew Lead to coordinate and execute residential solar installations. This hands-on role requires leading a team, ensuring safety and quality standards, and motivating team members. The company offers competitive pay, install bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of solar installation experience.
- At least 6 months of experience leading a crew.
- Electrical and roof racking experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Pass a criminal history check, MVR check, and 9-panel drug screen (including Amphetamines, Cocaine Metabolites, Opiates, Phencyclidine (PCP), Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene).
