Carpenter

This Carpenter position is a full-time position reporting directly to the Field Manager. The role involves residential solar panel installation, repair of various materials (drywall, stucco, siding, soffit, roofs, gutters), and general handyman tasks. The Carpenter is responsible for service calls and ensuring a safe work environment while adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience
• Roofing/carpentry/handyman experience
• Familiarity with plan sets and field layouts
• Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Good motivation with an attention to productivity, detail and safety
• Ability to work safety with heights and in confined areas
• Ability to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
