Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, confidential, well-organized, and quality focused
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge working with HRIS (ADP) desired
- Must have broad, basic understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
