As a Host at Everlast Gyms, you'll be the first friendly face our members see when they walk through the door, providing excellent service and guidance to drive memberships and retention.

Requirements

• Welcoming members and guests
• Supporting membership sales and retention
• Driving secondary spend KPIs
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Acting as a competent key holder
• Handling administrative duties
• Staying informed about fitness challenges and classes
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team
• Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally
