Home Health and Hospice Registered Nurse position available at Franklin County Medical Center in Preston, ID. Provides professional nursing services to patients and families, teaches nursing principles and techniques, and works with a tight-knit, supportive team.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Wound Care Certification required and/or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Outcome and Assessment Information Sent (OASIS) certification preferred
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
