Job Description
Frampton Construction is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to lead projects in the Industrial, Commercial, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Cold Storage sectors. The role requires strong supervisory skills, communication, financial expertise, and risk management. Candidates must be able to travel frequently and manage projects independently and with a team.
Requirements
- Industrial, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects preferred.
- Understanding and implementation of the FCC construction process.
- Validates pricing and scope and manages subcontracts.
- Project budget management and financial performance analysis.
- Risk management of subcontractors, financials, and bonding.
