Job Description
The Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preconstruction phase for construction projects. This role involves leading a team, managing estimates, managing subcontractors, and ensuring accurate project delivery. The manager will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in preconstruction or related fields, with a focus on team management.
- Knowledge of preconstruction technologies (Destini Estimator, Building Connected).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- Strong technical skills in preconstruction technologies and knowledge of the industry.
