We are hiring a New Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to build a new international use case, win the first paying customers, and turn early traction into a scalable go-to-market motion.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or another commercial customer-facing role
- Proven strength in outbound and opportunity ownership through to closing
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you move even when processes are not perfect
- High ownership: you take responsibility, follow through, and get things done
- Strong closing mentality: you can move deals forward with clarity and persistence
- Bonus: experience with partner sales / B2B2B models
- Fluent in English & preferably German (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel (≈15–20%, national & international)
