Warehouse Lead (2nd Shift)

FII USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to lead and motivate a team in a warehouse environment, with opportunities for career growth in smart manufacturing.

Requirements

• Leads and motivates a team
• Receiving product and materials
• Picking parts for production needs
• Correct inventory counts
• Help drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Provide recommendations on process improvements
• Review incoming material orders/pick tickets
• Locate materials on shelves
• Place materials on order picker, pallet jack, or forklift
• Deliver items to the proper loading area or delivery truck
• Unload trucks and stock Inventory
• Maintain attendance records for reporting team
