Lean Six Sigma Champion

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Champion to lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance within PCBA and SMT processes. The champion will drive continuous improvement within the organization and support the Quality Department's advancement of operational excellence.

Requirements

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects focused on manufacturing process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Analyze process data, identify root causes of variation, and implement sustainable corrective actions using DMAIC and Lean methodologies.
• Develop and maintain an internal auditing structure to monitor continuous improvement performance.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Train and mentor employees in Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Drive standardization of work practices and support 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Ensure all improvements comply with internal quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and customer standards.
