FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a PMH Lead to manage SMT line materials and manage inventory in a production environment. The role involves leading daily operations, overseeing material management, and supporting the PMH Department, with opportunities for career advancement in Smart Manufacturing. This is a full-time position within a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Lead day-to-day operations of the PMH Department, ensuring SMT line materials are efficiently organized.
• Support Material Handlers in executing their duties and providing guidance.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with advanced MSD management protocols.
• Maintain and audit the accuracy of WMS system records.
• Coordinate timely movement of finished goods between production and warehouse.
• Champion best practices in SMT operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between Production, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.
• Schedule and lead regular inventory cycle counts, audits, and variance investigations.
• Implement and sustain 5S standards.
• Analyze material consumption trends and optimize inventory levels.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures.
• Provide reports and feedback to supervisors.
