Operations Manager- Onsite Texas

We are seeking an Operations Manager for our client in the commercial silica materials space. The Operations Manager will be responsible for guiding, organizing, and directing the hourly work force, managing plant operations, and controlling direct production and costs.

• Ability to physically maneuver throughout the mine and plant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and management
• Production planning and management
• Budgeting and cost control
• Quality, health, safety, and environmental program implementation
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Relevant computer software programs
• Mining and leadership experience
• Engineering background in mining or similar field
• Project management skills
• Systemic thinking and problem-solving
