Graphic Thumbnail Designer (YouTube)

Fox Corporation is seeking a talented Graphic Thumbnail Designer to craft visually compelling YouTube thumbnails that drive click-through rates and viewer engagement.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience designing YouTube thumbnails or social media graphics (portfolio required)
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of digital design principles: color theory, contrast, composition, and typography
• Ability to communicate emotion and storytelling visually to drive clicks
• Basic understanding of how YouTube analytics tie into thumbnail performance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept and apply feedback constructively
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet rapid content deadlines
