Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the pastry section, maintain consistency in quality, and contribute innovative ideas for seasonal and signature creations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or strong experience as a Senior Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel
- Exceptional technical skills in pastry and dessert preparation
- Passion for creativity and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of hotel amenities
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current pastry trends and techniques
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
