This role involves performance management, problem-solving, communication, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Requirements
- Native or proficient German (mandatory)
- Advanced English (C1 level)
- European language knowledge (plus)
- At least 12-18 months of call center experience (Team Manager/Product Specialist preferred)
- Proven interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills
- Excellent telephone, keyboard and verbal communication skills
- Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- EU citizenship/work permit for Greece
- Local candidate
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
