Customer Support Specialist with Polish and English

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Polish and English language skills to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer queries by phone and email, providing friendly and efficient customer service support, and maintaining accuracy and security of customer information.

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written Polish language - C1
• Good command of English language (level B2)
• Experience in a customer facing role is a plus
• Good computer literacy
