Customer Service Representative - Trouble Shooting 1

Foundever is a global leader in the customer experience industry. We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who can troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Hold valid work rights in Australia
• Be willing to undergo a full background screening, including mandatory police checks
• 6 weeks in-office training
• Availability to work Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (AEDT) or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST during daylight savings)
