Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Foundever is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English, interact with customers, and deliver an exceptional support experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 18 years of age
• Hardwired internet connection
• Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
• Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
• Noise/distraction-free home office
• Desk and an ergonomic chair
