Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Ghana team. You will coordinate multiple sales pipelines, ensure next-best actions are followed up, and help achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Management
- At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales or partnerships, preferably in corporate or B2B settings
- Strong organisational, administrative, and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great adaptability, comfortable managing shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment
- Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in conducting market and competitor analysis
