Job Description
Advus Financial Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to support Advisors and Client Relationship Managers. This is a non-client-facing role focused on back-office support and process efficiency, ensuring smooth execution of transactional tasks for 401(k) and other retirement plans. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Process and monitor retirement plan transactions (contributions, distributions, rollovers, etc.).
- Assist advisors with plan setup, documentation, and compliance tasks.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
