Job Description
Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support their Insurance Office of Central Ohio team. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring renewals, identifying risks, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires maintaining relationships and assisting other team members when needed.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional day-to-day routine consultation, service, and support to insureds via phone and email.
- Renewals, including remarketing of accounts.
- Increase retention by speaking with insureds, highlighting the features and benefits of products.
- Review underwriting memos from carriers for mid-term business.
- Analyze and negotiate pricing, policy conditions, and terms.
