• Manage partnership with third-party vendor.
• Collaborate with Revenue & Access and vendor leadership.
• Manage and oversee revenue cycle operations: Commercial Health Plan Credentialing, Medicare Provider Credentialing, Medicaid claims.
• Manage and oversee activities supporting revenue cycle.
• Develop and manage metrics to measure performance.
• Support field teams with customer meetings.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends.
• Leadership and development of direct reports.
