Job Description
The Associate Director, Finance is the principal financial advisor and partner to the Clinical Business Unit, driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes. The incumbent provides financial decision support on operational and strategic matters impacting the functions' business and financial objectives.
Requirements
- Management of the Business Unit by analyzing drivers and providing explanations & recommendations to Functional and Financial Management.
- Overall P&L management of the Business Unit (BUs) by analyzing Top & Bottom-Line drivers and providing explanations & recommendations to the BU and financial management.
- Develops and reports on the appropriate set of performance metrics for the functions (KPIs).
