Job Description
Foundation Academies is seeking a Senior Talent Recruiter to build strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and organizations. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, community outreach, and sourcing qualified educators. The candidate will manage talent pipelines, build relationships, and drive efforts to fill vacant roles, working independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or HR/Talent certification preferred)
- 5-7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to build external partnerships and convert them into hires
- Expertise with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
