Job Description
The Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within a dining establishment by cleaning and sanitizing all food-processing equipment, floors, and kitchen areas. This includes dish machine cleaning, sanitation, waste disposal, and assisting in dining room operations. The role focuses on adherence to safety regulations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Complete eighth grade or equivalent experience.
- Ability to follow written and oral directions.
- Obtain food safety certifications (Serv Safe) within one year of hire.
- Physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read and write in English.
